Beautiful vintage Bakelite bead necklace with large oval amber/orange beads. Warm glowing butterscotch or egg yolk amber to honey colour with lovely depth and some natural variation in the beads.
The beads display warm yellow, opaque butterscotch, and translucent golden orange tones with characteristic swirling or marbling patterns. They are graduated oval and round to oblong beads, ranging from smaller uniform sizes to much larger chunky center beads.
Long length; drapes nicely as a single or double strand style. Classic mid-century / Art Deco-inspired look. Genuine Bakelite (phenolic resin). Excellent wearable condition; no major chips or cracks visible. Light age-appropriate wear only.
